Subject	Not sure what this solenoid goes to?

Message	I don't have pics right now and i didn't have time to investigate too much, but i removed my front bumber to do an intercooler upgrade and directly under the pass headlight there is a solenoid mounted to a small bracket that have 2 small vacuum hoses connecting to it. The car is a 91 TT Auto if that will help with figuring this out, sorry i don't have any pics but surely someone has an idea of what i'm referring to. Thanks Chris
